The combination of challenging balance work using the ball and Bosu, plus plyometrics, and weighted resistance training is a total body workout — and that’s just her Monday session!
Shay’s been working with her personal trainer, “J” (@j.crvz on Instagram), who appears to have a packed-with-A-listers clientele in LA, including Victoria’s Secret models. And we can see why — that routine is incredible and the results are really speaking for themselves.
